Peter Thiel Supported Trump. But Can a Real Immortalist Vote Trump?

Spread the love

Yes, we know, Peter Thiel, the Silicon Valley grandee and billionaire, and anti-aging research afficionado, supported Trump and even gave a speech at the 2016 Republican National Convention hailing The Donald.

The Donald Trump whose annual budget proposals would have slashed and gutted the funding for the National Institutes of Health (NIH), including the National Institute on Aging. So how can pro anti-aging-research Thiel be pro-Trump?

Also, an Immortalist wants to be around for a long long time. So an Immortalist cares about the future. And is outraged by global warming, climate change, and biodiversity collapse. So again, how can such an Immortalist support Trump?

Trump’s withdrawal of the United States, the number one cumulative and per capita carbon emitter, from the Paris climate treaty, was an existential threat to humankind. Even though Trump’s out of office now, the world has lost four years in its desperate race against global warming and climate crisis.

So an Immortalist will never forget and never forgive Donald Trump’s withdrawal of the United States from the Paris Accord.

It’s the biggest Crime Against Humanity ever!

While Hitler’s genocides against Jews, Slavs, Gypsies, Socialists, Communists, and Homosexuals were Crimes against Humanity, Hitler never had the power to threaten the very existence of Homo Sapiens, the human species.

As apocalyptic wildfires raged recently across the Western states and pushed Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and Portland into the top of the top-10 cities on the planet with the worst air quality, we must remember that Trump’s withdrawal of the United States from the Paris Accord and his premeditated reversal of Obama’s modest measures taken to fulfill the country’s modest promises under the Paris Accord was pure Evil.

Why? Because Trump’s withdrawal from the Paris Accord will seal humanity’s fate for hundreds, perhaps thousands of years.

This is the unpardonable sin.
